Artist Bio.

Jackie LaCorte is a wildlife painter specializing in ornithological paintings. She graduated from the Tyler School of Art at Temple University in 2015. In her work, she focuses on the subject of birds and the issues of taking a traditional scientific subject and translating it into the contemporary art world. Her passion is to use nature as an inspiration for her artwork, taking her experiences in the field and applying it to the work she makes. She has exhibited her work in Philadelphia, Rome and the Tyler School of Art part of Temple University.
